It was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach Deluxe holiday homes were very communicative and helpful. They met our every need and were very pleasant to deal with. The staff was very helpful with excellent customer service especially Shabahir who was so friendly with great customer relations.
Very nice Team who 24/7 supports u during all staying in their apartment! Apartment was very clean and the same like on posted pics. Located near the beach, this apartment is in Dubai Marina, a neighborhood in Dubai. Thrill Zone and Wild Wadi Water Park are also worth visiting.

5 mins walk to the beach 2 mins walk to Carfoure supermarket and 2 Min walk to Mini Mart nearby. They can deliver also, but you would need a local Dubai Number. Dont bother responding to this review as it will only be considered unexcused. At first they changed the villa we booked to another villa do to what they called "Ac issues", which was a lie. We found out that they prioritized someone else and gave the villa we requested and payed doe to someone else. Many thanks for your services for responding. And, your efforts to find solutions during this crisis. I recorded this and took photos, sent it to them and they offered to "clean" which I don't blame them for considering I had not discovered the origin of the maggots.
Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated. Beautiful apartment especially very well located. Right in front of the seaside, it only takes a few steps to get there. The swimming pool is at the foot of the building and remains very quiet.

Dubai Marina suggests a vast majority of apartments for rent to its visitors. Perfect place to be near beach, marina and train/tram networks. The pool was extremely hot although we specifically asked if it would be temp regulated and they informed us that the pool was temp regulated. I paid for an apartment that I could no longer live in, I had to move out and spend the remaining months in Dubai using GuestReady. Their apartments are best maintained and they take customer experience extremely serious.

I have stayed in so many places in Dubai over the last 3 years and Vera Residences were the complete best. The appartment felt like being at home and I was provided with everything I could possibly need for my stay.
The building has amazing facilities, supermarkets and restaurants are all around the place, walking distance from the metro station, and the nearby community garden is nice. The place was amazing definitely exceeded our expectations. It was super spacious and we loved the extras they had in the washrooms when we arrived. The host met us in the lobby even after our flight arrived late and was extremely helpful.
